We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to support our management team at The Atrium in Aberdeen City centre.

**The Restaurant**
- Spacious 130 cover dining space with elegant & modern decor
- Quality, fresh Scottish food

**The Role**
- Supervise the front of house operation
- Support the management team with running the service
- Promote an excellent customer experience throughout the entire restaurant & bar
- Training & development of FOH team members
- Implement & maintain FOH procedures
- Ordering & stock control of all wet products including wines, spirits & draught
- Ensure high hygiene standards are developed and maintained
- Ensure excellent levels of customer service at all times.
- Work in tandem with the Kitchen team to deliver a premium dining experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a senior Front of House role with a proven track record of 1st class service delivery
- Broad knowledge of all front of house activities
- Dynamic & driven individual with excellent communication skills. Ability to manage and motivate others.
- Excellent overall customer service skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene standards. Food Hygeine Level 2 certified (preferable)
