Our clienthas more than 45 years of experience arranging finance for UK businesses in the hospitality, care, childcare, retail, and medical sectors, acting on behalf of a diverse range of borrowers, from private purchasers to national corporates, investors, and developers.Purpose of role To support corporate clients in sourcing finance to assist with acquisition, development, and investment transactions in the UK (and Europe where appropriate) hotel and hospitality sector, with a focus on transactions of >£10m.
