**Location**:Hampshire

An established business with a global E-Commerce presence is looking for an experienced CRM Consultant to join their team, to create and execute data strategies that help build the brand, run reports on insights for campaign performance and complete end-to-endaudits on existing systems.

This role would be ideal for an experienced CRM Consultant who is able to deeply understand and then suggest solutions based on historical data along with future strategy plans, utilising best-in-breed technology.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Working closely with the CRM Manager & Senior Digital Marketing Manager to build brand CRM strategy
- Shape suite of reporting to give insight into CRM campaign performance.
- Review the current Direct mail approach in UK and US markets and develop a 12-18month strategy with the brand team
- Create brand loyalty proposition
- Running insight workshops and surveys
- Create a 3-5year data strategy to help become a 'data first business’
- Working alongside, upskilling, and coaching the current team

**As an experienced CRM Consultant, you will**:

- Have extensive knowledge on Emarsys and Salesforce
- Be confident in using More2 and Adobe Analytics
- Be a willing team player, who is happy to work alongside a team, upskilling, and coaching them along the way
- Be well-organised and calm under pressure
