Paid Social Manager - Creative Agency - London - £35k - £45k

I am working with one of the UKs most exciting Creative Agencies who have a variety of clients from high end retail to luxury car manufacturers. They have been recognised as one of the UKs best places to work 3 years in a row. They incorporate social platformsand the communities built on social media, in every part of their strategy to help their clients' brands grow. They are now looking for a Paid Social Manager to help push acquisition across all Paid Social platforms.

As a Paid Social Manager working at this Creative Agency, you will:

- Take responsibility for end-to-end paid social activity across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube (Google Ads), Pinterest and LinkedIn
- Plan, activate, optimise and report on campaigns to deliver against the client objectives
- Liaise with internal and external teams and clients to provide innovative solutions

The ideal Performance Marketing Manager will have:

- At least 3 years' hands on end-to-end experience across Paid Social - with an understanding of PPC (Google Ads)
- Good knowledge of all networks and platforms with a track record of running successful campaigns across all social channels
- Experience working with a wide range of budgets
- A technical and analytical mindset, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- The ability to communicate on campaign progress directly to clients and internal stakeholders
- Line management experience and be able to train and oversee/guide team members in campaign management and day to day responsibilities.
