**About the Commercial Finance Brokerage**

**The Commercial Mortgage Broker role**
As the Commercial Broker for the company, you will be provided with an established book of existing clients, it will be your responsibility to maintain the strong relationships that have been built up over many years and ensure their future finance requirementsare managed.
Alongside this extensive client book, you will also receive qualified appointments set for you by the administration team and have the opportunity to grow your own client book, receiving a higher commission split for self-generated business.
There will be a range of Commercial Mortgage cases for you to work on, these can include bridging, commercial, portfolio buy to let, development finance etc, it is essential that you have an unparalleled knowledge of the market, Commercial Mortgages and theability to maintain and build on the lucrative relationships with established clients.
**The Commercial Mortgage Broker package**
- Hours: 9am - 5:30pm
- Basic Salary: Up to £40k
- Tiered commission structure up to 40%
- Existing book of client provided
- Qualified appointments arranged by your administrators
- Full administrative support
- Holidays per year: 28 days holiday per year
- Pension contribution
- Private Medical insurance
