Successful Local Building Company seeks a Business Assistant to help run the fundamental parts of delivering high quality renovations and builds.
Duties for this role will primarily be supporting our Assistant Business Manger and Director by carrying out a range of tasks, to include:
- Purchasing
- Sourcing
- Procurement of materials at the right prices
- Scheduling projects
- Scheduling of staff/subcontractors
- Liaising with customers
- Dealing with customer's enquiries
- Estimating for potential work
- Bringing in new business/Business Development
**Knowledge of the construction industry and building materials is essential**
Experience in recruitment and scheduling would be beneficial, but not essential.
You will play a part in ensuring that we deliver the quality that Change IT are renowned for.

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
