Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
I am working with a globally recognised security organisation that is seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting their technical issuesand ensuring that their IT systems are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

- Install and configure hardware and software, including servers, network devices, and client systems.
- Provide guidance and training to clients on the use of software and hardware products.
- Maintain accurate records of client issues and resolutions in our support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to develop and implement IT solutions to improve client operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
