HR GO Recruitment are looking for a experience, enthusiastic and motivated Student Support Coordinator to manage all of the administrative needs of our students throughout their journey with the client. A key part of this role will be to build and maintain ongoing relationships with students throughout their entire journey from enrolment to graduation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Building and maintain relationships with students
- Providing all support from enrolment to graduation
- Manage all Students administrative needs and coordinate with Placement Providers and Tutors.
- You will act as Account Manager for your region
- Work in highly organised manner, excellent communication skills, manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
- producing monthly student newsletter
- monitoring student payments and managing missed payments
- processing student resuming studies
- processing case study extensions
- processing and managing variations to classes, deferrals and withdrawal's.

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to details
- GCSE Maths and English
