Financial Efficiencies Project Manager
We are currently working with a large Local Authority who require the interim assistance of a Financial Efficiencies Project Manager to join one of their largest and most important transformation projects.
**Key Requirements:
- You will continually review the policies and procedures used throughout the business and improve efficiencies, effectiveness, and financial control
- Identify and communicate best practices which improve the efficiency and effectiveness of those controls
- Work with a wide range of finance and non-finance stakeholders to delivering process efficiencies
- Perform monitoring to identify key strategic opportunities
- Develop business plans and conduct financial analysis
- Create business models
- Act as the conduit between the Senior Finance Business Partners and medium term financial planning and in-year reporting team to ensure the accurate reporting of benefits and savings
- Work closely with programmes and project teams in the portfolio to identify, quantify, track and report the benefits and cost savings associated with the transformations they are delivering
**NB: Full Job training will be provided
Start: ASAP
Rate: £500 per day LTD (Outside IR35)
Duration: 6 month contract initially - with likely extensions available
