**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain the purchase ledger, raising and recording invoices
- Supporting with any Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable Queries
- Monitoring the Purchase Ledger and overall finance inbox
- Prepare the weekly payment runs incl. BACS payments
- Reconciling all Purchase Ledger statements.
- Prepare and maintain accruals and prepayments
- Support with month end when needed
- Liaise with external stakeholders
- Maintain finance records

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience within Purchase Ledger
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft package
- Good team player but able to work on own initiative.
