Office Administrator

Mosaic Recruitment are looking for a highly organised and reliable Administrator to join our well-established clients based in Ware. This role will initially be based on a 12 month contract, with the view of this going permanent long term.
**Our client offers hybrid working once fully trained in the role, minimum 2 days office based and working from home on days you are not in the office.**
**Hours**:Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (early finish on Fridays, depending on business requirements).
**Key Duties**:
- Check registrations submitted through the portal and deal with any queries arising
- Resolve any database errors such as duplication, changes in client details etc.
- Generate proforma invoices for products, re-registrations, increased value
- Flag registered activities as incomplete/on-hold etc. to prevent activity pending resolution
- Create order records for additional products and send pro-forma invoices
- Take credit card payments and pass details to Accounts
- Collate and dispatch product packs including all necessary documentation and information
- Collate and dispatch other additional products
- Accurately prepare all orders, including address information and additional international shipping requirements
- Arranging collections and dispatch with courier on daily basis
**Experience and Attributes**:
- Experienced in a multi-faceted customer fulfilment environment
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to deal effectively with Customers and Colleagues
- Proven ability to use IT based systems, able to operate Microsoft 365 products
- A positive and confident communicator
