Olympus have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Process Coordinator to support the team on a 15 month FTC to be based at HQ Southend on Sea on a hybrid basis.

As a Senior Process Coordinator, you will be responsible for working within the Service Care Plan Administration department, alongside Service Contract Sales, to complete complex contract administration and undertake post contract management. The Senior Process Coordinator is responsible for system and process development, efficiency and compliance within all MSBU Operations teams.

The role will involve completing complex data analysis and post contract management and performance monitoring. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing new procedures and existing process efficiencies for the MSBU Operations teams. You will be skilled in preparing complex customer data (including contract offers, contract and repair information etc), to both increase the quality of service delivered to the customer and to maximise efficiency and profitability.

Key duties
- Preparing complex pricing offers, raising Service Care Plan proposals (contracts) and composing customer correspondence
- Involvement in the commercial decision making process for complex contract offers, including benchmarking offers, reviewing for consistency etc
- Reporting contract data and completing complex post contract data analysis
- Post contract management and performance monitoring
- Supporting field based staff with regard to various administration tasks and undertaking ad hoc contract related analysis as and when required
- Manipulation of large data sets using Excel and Qlikview

**To be considered for this role you will**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a complex administrative role essential
- Knowledge of BPMN process mapping
- Experience of managing and delivering process improvements and knowledge of continuous improvement.
- Experienced in working with and analysing large data sets
- Prior experience being a part of a customer support team and understanding the needs of a customer
- Experience of collaborating with peers and forming agreements across cross-functional teams.

.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential
