Insolvency Administrator

**The Role**
- Assist the Management team to handle the day to day administration of a range of corporate and personal insolvency cases.
- Manage a caseload and proactively assist to progress the insolvency cases from start to finish.
- Manage relationships with clients, creditors, directors, employees and stakeholders.
- Drafting reports and other documentation, carrying out investigations and research.
- Entering information onto IPS (case management software) and maintaining case diaries on the system.
- General office administration and tasks.
- Participating in both internal and external training.
- Work independently and as part of a team as required.
- Attending work functions where necessary.
**Experience and Requirements**
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Confident team player with a positive attitude.
- Subscribe to the company's core values.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to use case software.
- Strong organisation skills.
- Good timekeeping.
- An understanding of the law, accounting or insolvency would be beneficial but is not essential.
The job is office based.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
