We are one of the largest suppliers of market research participants in the UK. Every year we manage the recruitment of participants for hundreds of projects across the country, from our offices based in Manchester.
**So, what’s the job?**
The majority of your day will be spent on the phone, making calls, and asking screening questions to find the right people to attend market research focus groups - depending on individual project requirements. The contacts will be from our bespoke databaseor free-find lists.
**What we need from you:**
You will need to be comfortable using the telephone. You will need to be a good communicator, with the ability to listen and process information, so that only people who fit the brief are asked to attend the research. Project turnaround time is short, so youneed to be able to understand project requirements and make efficient calls. You will be using various computer software, so computer literacy is essential.
We are a group of intelligent and passionate people who genuinely want to deliver the highest levels of insight and service to our clients across research, recruitment, viewing, and field. We expect the same from every person who joins the team.
We are looking for people who want to work from the office - we do offer some flexibility, but the expectation is that you will work from our offices for 3 days a week. Our offices are based in Manchester and Stockport and you need to be happy to travel toboth as required.
