The Kelly Group is a principal contractor supporting and providing engineering resource for over 35 years. We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to work in our HR department.
**In your role you will be responsible for**:
- General administration / office duties.
- Creating purchase orders for the department.
- Maintain in house computer systems with up-to-date stock levels.
- Dealing with internal/external suppliers.
- Writing and sending contracts to new applicants.
- Taking meeting minutes.
**You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence**:
- Experience of working within a HR department preferable.
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to analyse and solve problems
- Good organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Flexible and adaptable attitude
- Must be able to work on own initiative
