Junior Payroll Administrator - £14 Per Hour
**Your new company**We are looking for a Junior Payroll Administrator to be part of an inclusive and supportive team in Guildford. This organisation is actively committed to promoting and participating in good practice in the way they attract and retain staff, as they appreciatethe value and benefits of a truly diverse workforce.
**Your new role**:
- To process data input, including new starters, leavers and variable input, on three of the monthly UK payrolls, ensuring that all payroll information is administered correctly.
- To respond to queries regarding the above payrolls.
- To provide reports and analysis on the above payrolls as required.
- To ensure that the Finance system is updated accordingly for relevant information relating to the above payrolls.
- Escalate issues of financial or reputational concern as they arise to the Senior Payroll Specialist.
- In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties assigned by the Senior Payroll Specialist, the Pay & Benefits Manager or the Finance Director
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- Excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Thorough, a Working knowledge of using a financial system
- Dealing with internal and external queries
- Accurate with close attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a team, both local and international
- Well organised
- Good time management and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet strict reporting and processing deadlines.
