Hours-37.5 hours per week Permanent Contract, Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
Salary-£18,180 per annum (pro rata)
**Purpose of the job**
The post holder will play a key role in a growing and thriving department. They will work directly for the Ecommerce Manager to develop and grow ecommerce at Daisy Chain across all leading online platforms.
**Key Tasks**
**Content Marketing**
- To write effective product descriptions and photograph items to list online for sale as effectively as possible
- Upload content across different ecommerce market places
- To collate stock and prepare them for online sale, including but not limited to Depop, eBay and other platforms.
- Utilise our stock inventory database to collate stock and store items efficiently.
**Digital Marketing**
- Work with the Ecommerce Manager to implement our digital marketing strategy
- Work creatively to develop social media organic presence and engagement to attract new followers and customers through regular posts, competitions and appropriate influencer engagement.
**Customer Care**
- Ensure all elements of the after sales process (picking, packing and dispatching orders) are completed in a manner that is consistent with our high customer service standards.
- To help establish and maintain a robust online customer service and feedback mechanism.
- Respond to customer enquiries across all platforms in a constructive and prompt manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer service at all times to maintain high levels of eBay feedback.
**Additional responsibilities**:
- To assist and support the Ecommerce Manager with promotional activities, such as photoshoots and campaigns when appropriate.
- To monitor social media engagement and provide updates and analytics as required.
- Support the Ecommerce Manager with the team inclusive of Volunteers and placements in the Ecommerce Department.
- Work within a team, attending team meetings, recording and sharing information appropriately and confidentially.
- Maintain an organized work space in keeping with organisation health and safety standards
- Keep up to date with issues relevant to charity retail, online trading, software and data trends.
- To undertake all core training required for this post and other training and professional development activities as required.
- Undertake other delegated tasks and responsibilities that fall within your capabilities.

- Educated to degree level in Digital Marketing/fashion/Business or any related field. E, I & A

- Strong understanding of social media platforms in particular Instagram and Facebook. E, I & A
