A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for an**Office Manager** for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Orsett, West Thurrock.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Purchasing/Hiring of small equipment and supplies for projects
- Inputting customer orders and purchase sales orders from suppliers
- Interacts with directors and carries out their requests
- Maintains accurate records including but not limited to training matrix etc
- Manages outgoing post and mailshots
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
- Inputting operatives hours on to spreadsheets and sending to Payroll dept for processing
- Keeping the office in a tidy and organised manner
- Ordering PPE, office stationary and consumables
- Managing fleet vehicles servicing, insurance etc
- Monitoring fuel cards, order and remove cards as needed
**Requirements**:
- Computer literate
- Organised, confident and hardworking individual
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in managing an office environment
**Hours**:
Monday - Friday : 8.30am-5pm
