Jackson Hogg are delighted to be partnering with our Thornaby based client in their search for 2 x FLT operators on a temp to perm basis.

A leading provider of packaging solutions, they are currently seeking operators to join their team on day shift with plans in place for those to move on to a three shift pattern.
- £11.00 per hour
- 12 week temp to perm
- Overtime at £16.00 available
- Immediate starts available

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
- Transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse or production facility
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting
- Valid forklift operator certification or license
- Must Hold an in date RTITB OR ITSSAR Licence
- Knowledge of forklift safety procedures and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials
- Ability to lift heavy items
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £11.00-£16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
