**Walker and Sloan are proud to be working with an award winning Digital Marketing Agency in Bristol. Due to some fantastic growth they are looking to add a talented Senior Paid Media Manager to their team**

1.PAID MEDIA ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Ownership of Paid Media KEY accounts & manage a portfolio of agencies accounts. You will be responsible for holding the relationship with the clients; managing diarised & ad hoc meetings as needed as well as managing the ppc & paid social accounts themselves.
- Working with the internal sales & account management team to provide a seamless onboarding experience to new clients, then manage the relationship/account yourself or handover the brief to another Team Member.
- We measure ourselves on ROAS & CPL & you will hold these KPIs as the primary KPIs on every account you manage; guiding clients to this way of thinking. We do not run accounts for clicks & you will help manage conversations to encourage this.
- Deliver best-in-class Paid Media strategies that consider the entire sales funnel; from first interaction to driving loyalty.

2. PAID MEDIA SALES ENABLEMENT
- Work closely with our Account Services Director & Chief Revenue Officer to build proposals & assist on pitches for prospects.
- For some pitches where extra insight is needed, you will also be required to pitch & present your findings to clients whilst also collaborating with other teams to create one unified strategy.
- These will be allocated to you on an ad hoc basis, as well as other members of the team based on workloads & specialist topics.
- Opportunity for you to also work with our Marketing Executive, Chief Revenue Officer & Account Services Director on a strategy to bring in new leads if that is enticing.
- Given the nature of our PPC Team set up, you may sometimes be required to jump on ad hoc calls to support existing PPC account conversations and Account Managers. For example, growth opportunities, strategy reviews.

3. NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, MANAGMENT & SUPPORT
- We recognise there is so much technology & tools on the market that we have not accessed that can benefit our clients.
- We pro-actively seek out these new products, tools & technology on the market.
- With new products comes new POS material, new T&C’s, new comms, new onboarding strategies, new account management skill sets, new go-to-market strategies & training to roll out.
- Huge opportunity for you to find, pitch & develop our product offerings or support your Team when required in new products that they’re passionate about.
- This is a shared responsibility across the Team so we’re always offering our clients the best in marketing & proactively seeking opportunities. We all share, support, and grow this side of Paid Media together with ownership allocated by passion; you mayfind a new product that another Team Member is better suited to develop. You are trusted to share success together & support your Team in this.

**CAREER AND PROGRESSION**

Whilst the 3 core areas of this position will remain steadfast; this role can progress and grow with you. We are always working on & seeking out new products & projects; each requiring their own Project Manager. **DAY TO DAY**

Day to day management of Paid Media accounts (BAU)
- Manage monthly budgets & invoicing to ensure no overage/underage for your designated accounts.
- Budget sheets conform to the paid media standard
- Sometimes you might be required to cover annual leave on accounts with the rest of the team. This will be checked & communicated with you beforehand.
- Comfortable making decisions based on data to improve Paid Media performance
- Constant analysis of performance to progress continuous improvements.
- Keyword research, ad writing, audience targeting, display optimisations, product feed setup & manipulation (Google Shopping)
- Problem solving & deep digging into account pain points.
- Using GA4 to ensure you’re on top of tracking, multi-channel attribution & the holistic digital results of accounts (not just PPC/Paid Social)
- Stay updated with industry trends
- Share knowledge & insights with the team
