**Process Engineer**required for my client based within the liquid storage and oil and gas industry of engineering based near to West Thurrock, Grays, Essex.

The successful process engineer will be responsible for the engineering process support for the engineering at the company. Working closely with the engineering manager.

**Process EngineerPosition Overview**
- Provide Process Safety governance.
- Leading process safety improvements.
- Producing timely and accurate data, calculations, documents and reports.
- Completing MOC reviews, actions and investigations.
- Steering Leader for Alarm Management.
- Ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
- Provide support to operations and engineering departments.
- Maintaining Hazop & functional Safety compliance.
- Troubleshooting problems.
- Auditing (i.e. PTW audit, POR, etc.).
- Incident Investigation.
- Alarm Management.
- Representing the companies engineering in customer meetings.
- Ensure the UK policy and procedures on site security is adhered to.
- Completion of all tasks in compliance with the quality standards of the company.
- Any other tasks that may arise in the day-to-day functionality of this position.

**Process EngineerPosition Requirements**
- A degree / HND in Chemical engineering
- 5+ Years' experience working within a process industry.
- Process safety experience / qualifications (HAZOP, LOPA).
- Occupational Health and Safety qualifications (IOSH Managing Safely / NEBOSH etc).
- Based within a commutable distance of West Thurrock, Essex.
- Full UK Driving Licence.

**Process EngineerPosition Remuneration**
- £50,000 to £60,000 dependant on experience.
- Employer 5%, after 5 years this increases to 8%. Employee 5%.
- Bupa health insurance. Life assurance 4x basic salary.
- Christmas bonus up to 1 week's salary, pro-rata for new employees.
- 35 hr week, Monday-Friday 08:00-1600. 1 hour lunch.
- Holiday package.
