I am looking for a PMO Analyst to join a highly prestigious London based University to work within their Strategic Delivery Office.

The progressive organisation is going through a long-term transformation programme that is facilitating change throughout all departments & levels. As a PMO Analyst, you will be reporting standards and maintaining processes for programme and project managementfor strategic aligned projects.

**To be successful in this post as a PMO Analyst you will need to**:

- Develop the Portfolio tracking and status reports and Project Management reporting standards.
- Manage and execute the day to day Portfolio Management operations in a timely manner to the required quality.
- Provide Portfolio Management advice to the Director of Strategy Delivery on how best to deliver its objectives.
- Advise key stakeholders on any potential failing projects and assist the Project Manager to ensure action plans are created to rectify any major issues.

Extensive stakeholder management and strong **MS Excel** skills is essential. Previous experience in a education environment would be desirable
