Hospitality Manager

REED Hospitality are currently recruiting for a hospitality manager within the contract catering sector. The role is based centrally in Paisley and comes with an attractive salary of up to £29k for just a 35-hour working week

The role will include but not limited to:

- Manage the delivery of a high-quality hospitality service across all areas of the business, recruiting, developing and managing a dedicated hospitality team to enable its success
- Ensure the achievement of financial targets
- Proactively manage customer and client queries
- Assist in the planning, coordinating and delivery of conferences, functions and special events
- Co-ordination and operational delivery of external catering contracts
- Liaise with external clients to plan and successfully deliver a range of hospitality services
- Develop the catering service plans to ensure that activities are operated within budget
- Oversee workforce planning, making certain that there is a balance between service requirements and staffing, ensuring maximum efficiency
- A HND in hospitality management/SVQ Level 4 or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in a similar FOH management role
- Experience in managing and coordinating large-scale events
