**Key skills & experience**
- Extensive experience of managing Transformation Programmes
- Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with all levels within the organisation, as well as with external parties (such as software suppliers)
- Sufficient seniority and credibility to advise project teams on their projects in relation to the programme
- Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with internal and external suppliers
- Highly developed influencing and negotiating skills
- Qualification and Knowledge of programme and project management methods including MSP, Agile and PRINCE2
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

The Change Management involved in this role is a pivotal part of the programme and will need someone who can demonstrate a high level of experience in managing change throughout the organisations.
