Administrative Assistant

The UK operation of this highly successful, global, manufacturing organisation now requires an experienced **Administrative Assistant**, who will provide administration support to management, visitors and internal/external customers of one of its successful business units.
**The Role**:
Reporting to the Managing Director of the business unit, as the **Administrative Assistant,** you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- providing general administration duties to assist with business needs and support the business unit management team
- managing meetings arrangements and logistics for customers, suppliers and the management team
- co-ordinating, formatting and reviewing management presentations
- diary management for directors and the management team
- assisting with travel arrangements, bookings and logistics
- the ability to prioritise workloads and meet required deadlines
- excellent IT skills, being fully conversant with software packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- excellent planning and organisational skills
With close attention to detail, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as being confident at developing good relationships with both internal and external clients.
Able to work as part of a team or under your own initiative, you should be an organised, pro-active individual with a professional outlook and positive attitude.
