An International leading professional services firm, have an opening for a permanent part time Office Administrator to join their friendly and collaborative firm. The opportunity will provide you with on-the-job training, and a culture that rewards hardwork while respecting life/work balance.
£25,000 (pro rata) salary is on offer. The working hours are 21 per week spread across Monday to Friday or Monday, Tuesdays and one other weekday. The firm is situated in new stunning, sustainable office space in Central Bristol. This is a fully office-basedrole.
The Office Administrator role:
Reception duties which include meeting and greeting all visitors and colleagues
Monitoring switchboards, providing positive experience for those calling in
Booking travel for colleagues
Process and distribute mail and arrange courier services
Maintaining office stationery and supplies
Organising and refreshing meeting rooms
Building walks throughout the day
Genera; admin support
The ideal Office Administrator:
Experience in a similar role
Excellent and clear communication both written and verbal
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Flexible towards change and ability to adapt quickly to changes
Excellent competency with Microsoft Office
