We are currently working with an Architectural practice based in Windsor who are looking for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their expanding team. This individual will be working on projects from inception to completion with the opportunityto visit sites and have close communication with this practices clients.

Our client are a successful architectural practice offering a wide range of services in both the residential and commercial sector. The successful Architectural Technician / Technologist will have the opportunity to work alongside a practice who have anexcellent reputation & expertise to design and build beautiful spaces, from large traditional and contemporary country homes to small contemporary house extensions. This includes complex urban sites, historical buildings as well as working with Housing Associationsand more recently Passivhaus schemes.

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Overview**
- Prepare technical design drawing and specification packages, developing technical solutions to a full range of building types and issues.
- Liaise with client, external consultants, contractors, local authorities and all internal staff to ensure on time and on budget delivery
- Manage project changes, risks and issues
- Ensure timely escalation of project issues to the appropriate people
- Projects delivered on time and on budget
- Timely escalation to Project Manager/Partner on project issues
- Independently undertake and resolve technical issues that may arise in the completion of your responsibilities in this role

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Requirements**
- Project management experience (preferred)
- Relevant industry experience, ideally within the residential or commercial sectors
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Live within a commutable distance of Windsor
- Motivated and team player

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Remuneration**
- Competitive salary (£30,000 - £45,000 DOE)
