I Want Plants due to the steady growth is looking to expand their team with a new position - Installation Coordinator.

The key duties and responsibilities of the role are:
**Planning / Booking in Installation Works with the client**
- Convert jobs from the sales system then plan for warehousing, production and

installation teams to complete their roles and schedule with the resources required to

fulfil the jobs.
- Ensuring RAMS where required are complete, client liaison occurs and teams are fully

briefed with job packs.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure availability of products and labour meet required

schedules.
- Completing and issuing accurate induction paperwork to site contracts.
- Scheduling installation visits with the client, booking loading bays etc.
- Keep all internal systems up to date, such as resource calendar and Unleashed (Sales

system) in real time.
- Appraise and report on weekly and monthly performance, and subsequently

recommend and implement improvements to current ways of operating.
- Taking phone calls, assisting with installation teams.
- Managing and liaising with project administrator

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent administration / IT Skills (Word & Excel).
- Agile approach to all tasks.
- Collaborates and communicates with other team members to share knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Previous office experience required.

Salary negotiable.

**Salary**: From £35,000.00 per year
