My client within the marketing sector is looking to recruit a well-organised Process Manager to join their existing Key Accounts team, to help deliver lead generation campaigns for one of their major stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with great attention to detail and the ability to establish rapport, who can manage key stakeholders and their quarterly lead generation programs, with support where necessary from the Senior Account Manager and Client StrategyDirector. As a Process Manager, you will have exceptional administration skills, previous experience of working with Microsoft Office is essential.
The Process Manager will work closely with third-party supplier to manage the flow of sales appointments into stakeholder’s sales teams. The Process Manager will also be expected to work to an agreed process to ensure the appointments are delivered to thecorrect contacts in a timely manner. In addition, they will be required to handle all associated admin tasks, field any sales team queries/feedback regarding the appointments and deliver the required reporting across all live lead generation campaigns.
You will be responsible for briefing and managing a variety of suppliers and internal stakeholders within the client’s organisation, maintaining the excellent working relationships already in place. The Process Manager will also need to engage and guidenew Business Partners through the process where leads are being delivered outside the client’s internal sales team. Strong verbal and written communication is key, as is the ability to manage multiple lead generation campaigns at varying stages within theworkstream. Full training will be provided.
Previous experience in an IT or marketing environment is not essential but knowledge/experience of marketing activities would be advantageous.
This is a full time, permanent position.

**Process Manager - Skills Required**:
- First class admin and IT skills (particularly, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
- Strong time manager/ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and **project management** skills
- Proven client/customer advisory skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- In addition, marketing knowledge would be a bonus, as would experience of managing third party suppliers.
