Our client, based in the centre of Manchester, is looking to recruit a new intake of **Graduate Researchers/ Data Analysts** to join their busy, expanding, well established team. Hugely successful within their niche sector, our client has an excellent reputation within both the private and public arena.
The role of the **Graduate Researcher/ Data Analyst** is to analyse and evaluate data from multiple external and internal sources in order to ultimately research and identify potential new areas of key interest for the business. Full trainingis given due to the uniqueness of our client’s product.
A summary of tasks undertaken as **Graduate Researcher/ Data Analyst include**:
To compare and evaluate new cases identified against existing internal data
Fully research new business cases once identified using a variety of in-house tools
The manipulation of data and accurate, clear recording of information using internal computer systems and Microsoft Office software
Where required, to ensure the timely and accurate loading of data into internal computer systems using strict processes and procedures
To contribute to the development of the internal systems and processes to ensure they meet requirements and are fully utilised.
Liaise closely with other team members and senior members of staff to relay information of interest
Our client is based in professional offices in central Manchester. They are extremely team focused and promote a collaborative open fun working environment. This is a hybrid role, our client offers flexible working hours over a 37 hour week (Monday to Friday)with just two days in the office and three based at home. They encourage you to want to progress within the company and offer an attractive benefits package (private healthcare, pension, life insurance, additional holidays) coupled with a competitive startingbase salary of £23,000 + team bonus (up to £2,000 in your first year, increasing in your second year )
