Revit Expert

**_Advanced Revit Professional will be responsible for:_**
- _Assisting the BIM Manager in developing the use of Revit for the company - Developing 3D model processes, Revit Family creation, project visualization and rendering, sales imagery or animations._
- _Assist with company BIM development and achieving BIM accreditation _
- _Creating accurate detailed and layout drawings._
- _Working primarily in building envelope design and/or architectural design _
- _Producing material schedules _
- _Taking the lead role on projects, from the design stage through to construction, working in close partnership with architects and contractors._
- _Overseeing junior team members when taking the lead role on larger projects._

**_Skills_**
- _Proven Revit experience (Currently using or very recent)_
- _Proven AutoCAD experience_
- _BIM / ISO19650 knowledge_
- _COBie Data Management knowledge_
- _Currently working in the construction industry _
- _Building Envelope design skills advantageous _
- _Solidworks experience advantageous_
- _Good English language skills_
