Salary/Benefits: Up to £42,000

Role Details - Regional Office Manager
We are currently looking for an experienced Regional Office Manager to join a growing team at a global company based in Bristol.
Reporting to the Regional Managing Director and the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth running of the office, as well as the implementation of the regional business plan and business development activities.

Responsibilities of the Regional Office Manager
Office Management
- Supporting the national marketing team in the delivery of marketing campaigns and regional external events
- Assist in the delivery of internal office events, charity activities and office meetings
- Run and manage the office communications using the in-house communication platform.
- Help to promote the achievements and activities of the Bristol office internally and work with the PR consultant to help build the external profile.
- Be the point of welcome for all new staff including managing regional induction with the RMD or a nominated Executive member
- Assist the RMD with the management to ensure smooth operation of the office

Facilities management
- Be a main point of contact for facilities related issues and act as a point of escalation to others as appropriate
- Manage and oversee the implementation of national FM initiatives
- Manage the regional office environment ensuring compliance to legal and health and safety requirements for all staff and visitors including any Covid related incidents
- Liaise with the Building front of house in relation to access, remedial works, fire regulations and car park
- Maintain and manage all local services and supplies to ensure the smooth running of the office, liaising with local contractors and suppliers and communicating with all staff affected.
- Ensuring all documentation and records and maintained and updated in line with regulatory and company Requirements

Secretarial support
- Diary management including travel arrangements and itineraries
- Managing Principal/Directors ' inboxes
- Initial point of contact for internal and external queries - responding where possible and delegating where not
- Use of CRM platform (Salesforce) to manage client information and maintain data integrity.
- Assist the business teams in bid management and preparation.
- Document production to include presentations, tender responses, etc
- Maintain and keep updated team CVs held centrally.
- Prepare and keep updated relevant case studies to be held centrally.
- Recording and monitoring departmental holidays/sickness
- General document production management using business services team when applicable
- Update fee prediction schedule for each member of the team and circulate at beginning of the month
- Check group income at end of each month
- Preparation of invoices and assisting with first call debt collection
- Assisting with financial reports including if applicable WIP, fee forecasting etc

Skills required for the Regional Office Manager
Core Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a facilities or office management role (knowledge of ISO standards is desirable but not essential)
- Prior experience in managing teams, people
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and similar products - Teams, Word, Power Point and Excel
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platform
