Due to our continuing growth, we are looking for a caring and compassionate person, with previous care experience, who is ready for their next challenge. We are currently recruiting for a Care Coordinator/Recruiter in our Godalming branch.

**What we are looking for -**

An experienced Care Coordinator/recruiter who has preferably worked in the care industry previously. Excellent computer skills and organisational skills, as well as being able to work to deadlines and under pressure. Strong communicastion skills is key.

**Role Requirements -**

As a Care Coordinator for Novus Care, you will be primarily working in our Watford office, hours of operations may vary but typically your hours of work would be from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- Minimum of at least 6 months Care Coordinating experience.
- Doing Interviews and recruitment experience.
- At least 6 months experience working as a Care Assistant preferred
- Due to the nature of the job, driving is essential for this role, the use of a motorcycle is acceptable.
- A caring attitude and a willingness to make a difference.
- Reliability, flexibility, hard work and honesty.
- Great communication skills.
- Great team work skills.
- The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

**Duties may include, but may not be limited to**:

- Allocating carers to their assigned service users.
- Completing rotas and ensuring they are sent each week
- Maintaining excellent communication with your team and service users

.Booking and completing interviews

.Posting Adverts

.Ensuring all packages covered

.Completing weekly wellbeing calls to carers

.Completing supervisions

.Ensuring HR file kept complaint at all times

.Booking training for staff
- Stepping into the role as care worker when the need arises
- Managing the on call service on a rostered basis

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
