Halliday Marx have partnered with an Accountancy Practice based in Guildford to recruit a Graduate Tax Accountant on a permanent basis.

**Responsibilities;**
- Preparing and completing corporation tax returns and trust returns for a range of clients, under the supervision of the senior team members.
- Preparing fee budgets for compliance work, monitoring performance against those budgets and raise fee notes as required.
- Producing clear and technically accurate letters and computations for submission to HM Revenue & Customs and clients.
- Providing technical support to the Tax team and its clients in investigating defined issues in liaison with Managers of the team.
- Have a 2.1 degree in any discipline
- Passionate about a career within Tax
- An excellent communicator, self-motivated and full of initiative
- Highly organised and able to direct and manage the activities, workload and deadlines of themself and others
- A team player who can see the bigger picture, but also who can work independently and be accountable for their own workload
