Role: Dual rote - CCTV Control Room Operator/ Corporate Security
Reports to: Team Leader/ Site Supervisor
Location: Site-based, London W4
Rate: £12.04 after 3 month of probation, (starting rate £11.80), Annual Gross Pay is approx. £31-37k (48hrs -60hrs)

- time, this includes 5 weeks of days and 1 week of nights, some weekends. (48-60hrs a week, 7am
- 7pm, 12hrs shifts)

Working as part of a dedicated team (7 -8 staff) you will be overseeing a range of systems including: CCTV, Access control, remote monitoring and alarm systems. You will monitor offices across certain regions, assess security threats, respond to incidents and other day to day corporate security duties, not CCTV related, to provide security of the building and its personnel, partroling, front-of-house etc.

**Applicants should meet the following criteria**:

- Must have a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Must have a valid CCTV Operators Licence
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Fully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS7858
- Must have demonstrable experience working in a similar role in high-profile / high-footfall environments
- Have a high level of self-presentation
- Be punctual and reliable
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to work proactively and use intuition
- Have a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication Skills
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Adaptable and responsive
- Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure
- Ability to remain alert and aware of surroundings
- Previous security control room experience
- Experience operating CCTV and access control systems. Experience with C-Cure 9000 would be an advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operation of the control room security systems in a professional manner
- Monitoring CCTV and remote monitoring systems
- Operation of access control systems
- Security incident management and response
- Monitoring offices across EMEA
- Responding to emergency situations in a professional manner
- Liaise with emergency services when required
- Produce comprehensive written incident reports
- Manage crisis situations in a confident and calm manner
- Monitor and activate access control systems
- Patrolling
- Front-of-House
- (Rotation of CCTV control room duties and corporate security duties through-out the day)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
