Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our passionate and driven team in Bury St Edmunds - working from home

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Raising job advertisements for vacancies in the division, using our internal recruiting portal.
- Sifting CV’s and forwarding suitable applicants to the Operations Managers or Site managers.
- Calling applicants and arranging interviews with the Operational Management team.
- Calling successful and unsuccessful applicants.
- Processing new starter paperwork for successful applicants.
- _(This will be the bulk of the workload as we are striving to reduce agency across all accounts.)_

**QHSE**
- Forwarding QHSE returns such i.e. Hot Shots and revised Risk Assessments to all site managers.
- Tracking completion of all QHSE returns.
- Tracking QHSE audit completion.
- Reporting back to the Operational Management team to deliver compliance.

**Administration**
- Tracking of alsite'ses Monthly Client Reports.
- Uploading information onto Client share in preparation for Operational Client Monthly Meetings.
- Delivering short-notice operational support to Operations Managers.

**About You**:

- Experience in administration of large contracts with large numbers of FTE.
- Basic understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
- Excellent written and oral English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Educated to A-level standard or equivalent.
- Proven people management skills and experience.
- A clean UK full driving license.
