**Responsibilities**:

- Set up customers accounts and keep the accounts updated
- Raise high volume of invoices in a timely manner
- Chase debt and attend weekly debt meetings
- Allocate payments received
- Manage and process Sales Ledger queries
- Sending and reconciling customer statements
- Managing specific customer accounts and monitoring KPIs
- Maintaining Excel spreadsheets
- Ad-hoc duties

**Required Experience**:
The successful applicant for the Sales Ledger Assistant role will have:

- Experience within a similar position with a high volume of transactions
- Previous experience within care homes sector would be advantageous
- Ability to work within a face paced environment
- Good sense of urgency and responsiveness to situations
- Microsoft Excel advanced

We offer the option to work in the office each day if that’s your preference, or we have the option for hybrid working which would mean few days a week in the office with the rest remote working.
