Here at Intelling we are looking for an Outbound Sales Associates who are looking to work full time, in a permanent position. We provide a fantastic training programme that will help support you in reaching your full sales potential

**Job Specification**:
Outbound Sales Advisors are the key to our continued growth and success, the more Sales you complete, the more money you earn. You will be responsible for calling customers and offering additional connections/upgrading their service to meet their needs. With the main goal of saving money for the customer by offering deals/discounts.

Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm.

Friday 10am-2pm.

No weekend shifts.

**Key Requirements**:

- 1 year + experience in call centre environment.
- 6 months + sales experience.
- To have the ability of managing timekeeping accordingly.
- To follow compliance guidelines.
- Solid at rapport building.
- The ability to work successfully in a target-based environment.
- To be driven by your ambition and own results as well as having a team ethos to support and celebrate your colleagues.
- Have an engaging and tenacious personality, no fear of rejection and a strong mindset.
- To have the confidence to speak to a varied range of people.
- To be able to show initiative, be a self-starter, eager to learn from our fantastic training programme.
- Computer literate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £19,000.00 per year
