On offer is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Buyer to be thrust in to this fast paced and rapidly expanding global watch company, that is known for its beautifully engineered mechanical watches all created at their state of the art technology centre.

The ideal Assistant Buyer would have strong admin skills and a keen attention to detail. This Assistant Buyer will be experiences in Microsoft Excel whilst also being able to demonstrate the ability to be able to multi task and perform under pressure.

**The Role**
- To place and track purchase orders with approved suppliers.
- Planning, monitoring, and maintaining suitable inventory levels for Production.
- Ensuring products are purchased at the right time, to specification and at a good price.
- Negotiating with vendors and building positive, long-term relationships.
- Researching new suppliers and making recommendations to the Senior Buyer.
- Compiling reports on important departmental statistics.

**The Person**
- Understanding of ERP.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Critical thinker.
