**A strategic Senior Reward Manager to join an independent Financial Services business (Fareham / remote).**
**Your new company**
My client is a specialist financial services business who are proud to be an independent company who put their clients at the centre of everything they do.
They have been established over 20 years managing a wide range of accounts for clients who range from large, complex institutions and medium-sized firms to global corporates.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Head of Reward, the purpose of this role is to drive and deliver a commercial, people focused and pro-active reward (Compensation & Benefits) service to the business. This role will be responsible for identifying, implementing and maintainingcompliant and competitive reward structures to support the strategic direction and growth of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the Head of Reward in delivering the company reward agenda.
- Responsible for the annual cycle and day to day reward processes & Policies (e.g Salary Review, Benefit renewals and promotions), ensuring they are delivered accurately, within budget and timeframes. To include the provision of modelling and analysis toaid decision making and writing papers for Exec Board and RemCo.
- Undertake annual benchmarking with salary survey providers, to ensure salary ranges and total compensation aligns with the relevant market.
- Responsible for the governance and compliance of all Reward programmes and offerings ensuring that they are compliant in all jurisdictions.
- Manage the renewal process and audit company benefit and pension plans, liaising with stakeholders including brokers, finance and payroll.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Fareham offering hybrid working 2 / 3 days per week (home / office either way). Working hours are 37.5 / week, 9am-5.30pm (Monday-Friday). Due to the senior nature of this role, occasional travel could be required.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You must display sound knowledge of incentive, benefits, grading, pay structures, pensions with related legislation and tax.
The successful person will be highly commercial, collaborative, engaging and credible, with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels. You need to demonstrate project management skills and have experience with benchmarking (e.g. Global Grading/ WTW methodology). The ability to deliver innovative ideas / new approaches and proven analytical experience; interpreting data and using information to inform business options and outcomes are important to this role too.
**What you'll get in return**
You will receive a generous salary between £70,000-£85,000 / annum (DOE), plus a 10% bonus and the potential to increase this after 2 years' service.
Extensive additional benefits include: 27 days holidays + BH's, pension providing employer contributions of 5%, becoming a 10% non-contributory pension following 2 years' service, individual private healthcare, long term income protection, 4 x life assurance,critical illness 3 x base salary, annual travel insurance for you and your family and a basic eye test prescription every 2 years.
