**Role Overview**:
As a Principal/Associate Environmental Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our projects. Your expertise in detailed drainage design will be instrumental in ensuring environmentally responsible solutions. Whether you come from a consultancy or engineering background, we welcome your unique perspective.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Detailed Drainage Design**: Develop and implement drainage strategies for various projects, considering factors such as flood risk, water quality, and sustainability.
- **Project Leadership**: Lead multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with engineers, ecologists, and planners to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- **Client Engagement**: Cultivate strong client relationships, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- **Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with **MicroDrainage** or similar software tools is highly advantageous.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.**:

- **Minimum 8 years of relevant experience**, with a focus on drainage design.
- **Chartered status** (e.g., CEng, CEnv, or equivalent) preferred.
- **Strong project management skills** and ability to meet deadlines.
- **Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.**
