We have a really unique opportunity for a passionate HR professional at Advisor level to join an HR Services business in Tunbridge Wells. You will support the Lead Consultant in offering a range of HR services that are individually designed to meet the needsof their clients across a broad range of services in the UK.
The successful applicant will hold either CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or equivalent) with two years' experience in an advisory capacity with the confidence to give sound and practical advice on HR matters to a wide range of customers. The role will also see you creatingHR documents that cover the full HR lifecycle, implementation of their HR software, day to day discussions over the phone with a selection of clients that you will be forming professional relationships with and supporting their needs.
You will be a system savvy individual with strong employment law knowledge and an understanding of a range of HR processes, providing advice on processes like probation, capability, disciplinary procedures as well has having a eye for detail for contractsand policy reviews.
You will strong admin, excellent communication skills and be proactive in your approach with a keen interest in developing further gaining further exposure to a diverse range of clients.
This role is based in Tunbridge Wells with flexibility to discuss remote working with 2-3 days in the office. Due to the nature of the role, occasional travel to client sites may be required. It's easily accessible by train, so whilst a driving license isideal, it's not essential providing you are happy to travel to client meetings by train.
Monday to Friday 08.00-17.00 with one hour for lunch.
