**Overview
**We have a great opportunity for several Desktop Support Engineers / 1st & 2nd Line Technical Support / Deployment Engineer who are happy to support users in North London.
This role will suit Desktop Support Engineers / 1st & 2nd Line Technical Support Engineers / Deployment Engineers who have excellent customer service skills and enjoy troubleshooting in a Microsoft environment (circa 4,000 users).

We are able to engage with Desktop Support Engineers who operate as Limited Company/Outside IR35 contractors.

**Duties**:

- Responsible for installation, deployment and desktop support
- Building user machines to the latest build
- Repairing and refurbishing machines
- Providing project support to users for any post-build or deployment related issues
- Resolving issues by providing desk-side support
- Co-ordinating workload with fellow engineers
- Undertaking ad-hoc desktop project work

**Requirements**:

- Desktop support / 1st & 2nd Line Technical Support / Deployment Engineer experience
- Experience of troubleshooting and desk-side user support
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
