I am currently working with a global boutique bank who specialize in advising on both buy and sell-side mandates across products such as M&A, Fundraising and Strategic Advisory. They are a specialist in the technology sector across Software & SaaS, Fintech,Deeptech, Healthtech, Internet, Digital Media and Services. The firm are actively executing mandates in with high-growth and mid-market clients, ranging from £15m-£300m EV. They have executed mandates in UK & Ireland, Benelux, Iberia, DACH, Italy, North Americaand Asia.

Key skills and experience:

- 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking/Corporate Finance within a Big 10 accountancy, Boutique Bank or Mid-market Bank
- Experience within the TMT sector, having some deal experience in the sector would be a big plus
- Strong financial, analytical and accounting skills
- Fluent/Native in a European language
- Deal execution experience and track record
