- Are you an IT Support Engineer looking to get involved in a rapidly expanding company with a friendly team of like minded professionals where the employee experience comes first?_
On offer is the opportunity to become part of an IT Support team, where you can hone your skills as an IT professional with the chance to progress right alongside the company as it grows. You will be an integral part of an internal and external IT supportteam responsible for assisting existing staff and new clients in an array of tech issues, using your knowledge in cloud platforms, virtualization and OSI Network Layers.
The ideal system support engineer will work well as a part of a team, be driven to develop within their role, and offer exceptional customer service to clients and employees alike.
**The Role**
- Responsible for maintenance of internal and external infrastructure systems
- Delivering solutions for 1st line technical issues
- Managing the helpdesk and resolving client queries using a dedicated ticketing system
- Assist and support in new client projects in the security, data and digital sectors
**The Person**
- IT Support Engineer
- Knowledge of Cloud Network and Virtualization (VMware and Hyper-V)
