**The Role**:
**This prestigious, highly ranked Legal 500 law firm is seeking a Commercial IP & IT Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to join at the Associate level.**

You will be joining an outstanding team, within a firm recognised as **one of the top 50 law firms in the UK**. The workload will consist of a wide variety of general commercial law, IT and IP-related matters.

In this role you will assist the partners on **high-profile non-contentious work** such as drafting and amending **commercial contracts** as well as **data protection** documents. You will also provide advice to clients regarding **UK GDPR** compliance.

Within such a highly ranked firm which **specialises in this specific sector** - you will gain access to **the finest quality of work**. Operating at the top of the profession and with access to the best Partners.

Other matters covered by the team includes the like of collaboration agreements, e-commerce documents, IP licences and software contracts. You will gain access to a **varied and exciting client list** from **SMEs** to large **PLCs**.

**Requirements**:

- ** England & Wales qualified solicitor with 2-5 years PQE**:
