**Responsibilities**:
- Maintenance of the Training Administration System
- Reviewing and updating training materials and policies
- Issuing new employees with training and policies
- Running reports to assist with TCF, Compliance Metrics etc.
- Other general administrative duties.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Written and numerical skills
- Good communication skills and an ability to build relationships
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Compliance, Risk Management, and the Financial Services industry Understanding of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Previous experience in a similar role would be good but not required
