Are you an all-round financial administrator dealing all aspects of a wealth management practice? My client, a Chartered Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) with offices in Kent has a large and loyal HNW book of clients who are local private individualsand families. This firm is well established with a full operations and client services team supporting Chartered Advisers. Due to an incredibly busy period with lots of new enquiries coming into their inboxes they need to bolster their client services team.The MD is seeking a new Senior Financial Administrator to join the team and will suit a career administrator.
You will be covering all IFA admin duties including obtaining clients' financial details, drafting suitability letters for clients, contacting third party providers, gaining valuations, updating client details amongst other administrative duties, liaising withthe paraplanning team to ensure the Advisers can provide the highest quality advice. You will take a leading role in managing the back office system will play a large part of your role. This role will be suitable for a Financial Administrator with at least3+ year of experience, a good academic background and if you are studying or wish to study towards their CII Diploma, then my client will support you in your studies.
You will benefit from study support for any exams you are undertaking, free parking, extensive exposure to working with Paraplanners and an experienced adviser. You will receive a full induction, a generous number of holidays as well as an excellent pensioncontribution.
