**As the Entertainment Team Leader, you will manage the entertainment and be responsible, along with leading your team to deliver the daytime and evening entertainment program, you will make sure the guests enjoy their holiday and offer guests a memorable experience with professionalism, communication, and courtesy.**

**Main responsibilities include**:

Contribute and develop entertainment programs, to include tailoring of evening and daytime activities with line management
- Organise and coordinate daily duties for the entertainments team
- Training and delivering the Cofton content in accordance with the specification
- Take an active role in both daytime and evening entertainment
- Host daytime children's activities, bingo, game shows, cabarets etc
- Present and entertain in the children's showtimes, pantomime and cabaret shows
- Expedite a smooth arrival and departure for visiting cabarets
- Managing Company Assets - Keep equipment and consumables safe and order replacements with the approval of line management, make stock takes and inventories
- Monitor, assist and develop the team with personal and company goals
- Plan daytime activities that fit with the company's objectives
- Assist with staff appraisals, feedback, and development
- Organising and running daytime children's activities, tech work, basic sound, and light handling to support shows

**Hours of work will be spread over 5 days to include weekend working.**
