**PENSIONS LITIGATION LAWYER - NQ-2 YRS PQE - LONDON/MANCHESTER**

The pensions litigation team handles a wide range of litigation including professional negligence claims, sorting out errors in pension scheme documentation, advising on Pension Regulator investigations, dealing with a scheme’s internal dispute resolutionprocedure and handling Pension Ombudsman complaints. The team’s work is often high value, high profile and complex. Our pensions litigation practice operates across our London and Manchester offices.

There are many diverse aspects to the role and you will have the opportunity to be involved in a great variety of pensions-based litigation.
